The company founded by a group of traffic controller's developers of "Teleautomatics" company. The main products - controllers and automated control systems of traffic and devices of sound and light alarm at civilian Navy ships.
Controllers UC4.1M and UC2.5 - is the result of thirty years of experience in the development and production of traffic controllers; Controllers are designed with the requirements of Russian and CIS consumers, for use in harsh environments. The modular design of the controller facilitates the replacement of faulty components and simplifies the build-up of the controller capabilities through the addition of the required modules.
UC4.1M Controller - this is the main part of the new system of automated control of traffic and pedestrians (ATMS-Megapolis), developed and tested by "Elsystar" in Rostov-na-Donu city in 2005 covering 57 intersections. In 2009 System coverage expanded to 196 intersections. Nowadays all 400 intersections is under control. Work is underway to implement the system in the cities of St. Petersburg, Nalchik, Stavropol, Yaroslavl and others.
